If you register for an event through our website, we will collect your registration information, including but not limited to your name, email address, billing address, and other contact information. We do not collect the actual payment information such as credit card numbers; that is handled directly between the registrant and the payment system provider.
You always have the option to opt-out of communications from us. You can do this by changing your subscription preferences or unsubscribing from all our newsletters. These can be done by clicking on “manage preferences” or “unsubscribe” respectively at the bottom of one of our newsletters.
